Must be issued directly from Insurance provider.
- No Boundaries Auto Logistics LLC must be listed as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured.
- Insurance Requirements
- Workers' Compensation per state requirements
- General Liability $2,000,000 aggregate for BI & property damage
- Auto & Truck Liability not less than $1,000,000.
- Cargo with limits for the full value of the cargo hauled, not less than $250k with constructive Total loss and Diminished Value coverage

everything has been submitted, customer service will notify you via email that your setup is
complete. This process generally takes one hour from the time all required documents have been
received when submitted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am (CST) and 4:00
pm (CST).

Please click the link below to complete the agreement and upload the required documents. Once everything has been submitted, customer service will notify you via email that your setup is complete. This process generally takes one hour from the time all required documents have been received when submitted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am (CST) and 4:00pm (CST).
