Please click the link below to complete the carrier onboarding process via MyCarrierPortal. Once this step has been completed, you will receive an email with a copy of your signed documents and a follow-up email within 30 minutes notifying you of your approval status.

  • MC Certificate (Carrier Authority Certificate)
    You will not be approved if your carrier authority has not been active for a min 6 months
  • Voided Check
    (ACH Payment Option)
  • Certificate of Insurance
    for General Liability and Cargo
  • Interlink Auto Logistics LLC is listed as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured. Diminished Value is covered in the Cargo policy.
  • Cargo Policy Tiers Insurance Requirements:
  • 8-10 car hauler $350,000
  • 5-7 car hauler $250,000
  • 4 car hauler $200,000
  • 3 car hauler $100,000
Please click the link below to complete the agreement and upload the required documents. Once everything has been submitted, customer service will notify you via email that your setup is complete. This process generally takes one hour from the time all required documents have been received when submitted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am (CST) and 4:00 pm (CST).
